This document summarizes the Eagle Lake Community Plan, which was prepared for the ELCA with the assistance of the consulting firm Planscape and was finalized in 2007. The lake plan was initiated to provide context for continued stewardship activities around the lake and to suggest possible changes to the Township of Machar Official Plan and Zoning By-Laws that will further protect the character of the lake.
